Refund policy

1. We request all our clients to record an unboxing video while unboxing your order.
2. In case the products is damaged in transit it will be returned and replaced immediately. In case it is the last piece of the product, we will issue store credit matching the same amount.
3. In case you wish to return the product, you can do so within 5 days of receiving your product.  Here is the procedure to follow for product returns.

1. Request a return by writing to us at sales@alankruthi.in stating the reason for return and attaching the pictures of the products.
2. Once approved by our team, please pack the product as it was received and courier the same to the following address-

1. Once the product is recived and approved, a refund will be initiated to your original mode of payment within 7 working days.
2. Returns will not be approved if the product tags are not retained and if the product is used.
